What We Collect and Why

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, optional company name, and message. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it for profiling.

Processors

This site runs on Vercel (hosting), uses Plausible Analytics (cookieless, EU-hosted), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam on the contact form). Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement.

Cookies

This website does not set marketing or tracking cookies. Analytics is cookieless.

Retention

Contact form messages and email correspondence are kept for up to 12 months from the last interaction, then deleted.

International Transfers

Personal data is processed in the EU. Where a processor transfers data outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing. To exercise any right, email info@focus-ai.io.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD, cnpd.public.lu).

Changes

We may update this policy as services evolve. The effective date below reflects the current version.
